chance! The weather is always nice and exercise friendly in our Gym. Walk and talk

with friends or really push your pace with the music. Walking burns calories; helps

with balance; tightens abdominals; tones the rear; clears the mind; raises spirits and

more. Walking is the perfect exercise! Let our instructor motivate you to complete

1, 2 or even 3 miles!
